Catherine (Narrator): His hair, brown as the milk chocolate, his eyes as blue as a calm and clear sea. His smile just makes your entire world seem problem-free. But these are just some of the reasons why I love Sebastian. My sister, Serafynna, is his close friend. Without my sister, I wouldn’t be able to see him pretty much every day at our house. He’s the reason why I breathe, the reason why I live. I love him. He’s mine, he’s only mine. He belongs to me. He’s not going to be in anyone else’s arms but mine. He will choose me. He is mine.
*door opens*
Serafynna: I’m home.
*door closes*
Catherine: Hey, Sera. Dinner’s ready.
Serafynna: I’ll pass. Oh, and Sebastian wanted me to give you this. *holds out the letter*
Serafynna: He’s inviting you to a ball. Don’t worry, we’re also coming.
Catherine: He invited me?! *squeals* Thank you, thank you! Bless your soul, my dear sister! I wouldn’t have met my dream boy if it weren’t for you!
Serafynna: Yeah, well, he’s picking us up tonight and he bought us the gowns we’ll be using. You better fix yourself now. He’s going to pick us up in just a few hours.
Catherine: Okay!
Catherine (Narrator): He’s mine….he’s mine.
*carriages stopped*
Alice: We’re here!
Catherine: Let’s go!
*steps out of the carriage* *grand doors open* *music playing*
All: Wow…
*music keeps on playing*
Alice: This is…amazing.
Rebecca: Come on! Let’s dance!
*giggles* *steps*
Dmitri: Sera…
Serafynna: Hmm?
Dmitri: May I take this dance?
Serafynna: Sure.
*people chattering*
Serafynna: I’ve never been to a ball before, and this is just so…luxurious. The chandeliers are beautiful.
Dmitri: So are you…
*giggles*
Host: Ladies and gentlemen, let us give honor to the one and only, prince of Frell.
Serafynna: I didn’t know who the prince was. I’ve never seen him nor have heard his presence around the kingdom whenever we harvest near the palace’s farm. When everyone bowed, I bowed down too not even trying to know what the prince looked like. I don’t know how, but I was able to sense that people were facing my way and bowing. I raised my head and you would not believe what I saw.
Sebastian: I’m glad you came into this ball, my lady.
Serafynna: *whispering* you’re the prince?!
Sebastian: *whispering* yeah! Pretty cool, huh?
Serafynna: *whispering* why didn’t you tell me?! Are you trying to make a fool out of me?
Sebastian: *whispering* no, I just figured that if you knew I was a prince, you would get away from me. Why are we whispering?
Serafynna: *whispering* I don’t know.
Sebastian: Well, may I take this dance?
Serafynna: Of course, your highness.
Sebastian: *grunts* don’t call me that. I like it better being your friend.
*music changed*
Claire (Narrator): How would you feel if you see the person you like dancing with somebody else at a grand ball? And that person you like turns out to be a prince after all. He betrayed me. All this time he had been making me feel like a special person to him and then he just blows me off after showing up as this royal prince and dances with my own sister at a ball. I was supposed to be the one dancing with him right now, but he betrayed me. He lied to me. This is his entire fault. He made me fall for him so that I will get hurt. He just activated my urge. My urge to kill a person. *giggles*
*music stops, people clapping for the prince*
Sebastian: You look very pretty tonight, Sera.
Serafynna: *giggles* thanks.
Sebastian: Let’s go out. I need some fresh air.
Serafynna: Yeah, I don’t like crowded places too.
*sounds of music from a distant*
Serafynna: I really appreciate you inviting me to this ball. This is such an amazing opportunity for me.
Sebastian: I love you, Sera. I’ve always had. Since the day I saw you walking down the apple trees, I immediately thought “Yep, this is the girl I want to marry.” You mean everything to me. Your voice, your smile, your giggles, your skills and your bravery, they make me stronger and a much better prince than I was before. Marry me, Sera. I don’t care what my parents will think of my decision, I wanna be with you and that’s all that matters right now.
Serafynna: Sebastian, I….I don’t know. Can’t we slow it down? I’m…I’m too surprised I can’t even think properly.
Sebastian: Do you love me?
Serafynna: Sebastian, I….*whoosh* *boom*
*scream*
*music stopped* *people running and murmuring*
Dmitri (Narrator): I was dancing at the ballroom with Arthur’s sister, Alice. Everything was quite normal…and all of it changed and happened so quickly. A cold air suddenly surrounded me and I was shivering, then the temperature went down to normal again when somebody screamed. They turned the music down and went towards the direction to where they heard the scream of a lady who is now, crying. The girl was Serafynna, kneeling on the floor, her face and her gown covered with lots of blood. In her hands was Sebastian, the prince, lying dead and covered in blood. His whole heart was blown up and everyone assumed, this was a witch’s doing.
